How We Work

Whether you only have an initial rough sketch, reference images or a full tech pack, we are here for you.

Our production process covers design development, sampling and small production runs to test your collections.

We don't have Minimum but we have Maximum Order Quantities so we can avoid overproduction.

As a tech-led company, we use data and specialist software to increase the accuracy of your samples and to predict the size breakdown you should go for in production.

3D Fashion Design

In place of a toile sample, we create 3D renders prior to going into sampling. This is so you can envision your designs on a range of different body types, adjust the measurements, and edit the pattern or design details.

Sampling

From a 3D render we then print the patterns and are table to create a physical sample. This enables you to see your designs in real life, try it on a fit model, shoot it and/or decide if you wish to go into production.

Production and Upcycling

Once you have tested the sample and approved it for production, we will run a small manufacturing order as a trial. This is to ensure you only produce as many products as you need and minimise the risk of stockpiling.

Sustainability

We are changing the way things are done in fashion manufacturing.

Sustainability is at the core of how we work so we encourage you to source fabric and trims that have a minimal impact on the environment. We don't have Minimum but we have Maximum Order Quantities so we can avoid overproduction.

As a tech-led company, we use data and specialist software to increase the accuracy of your samples and to predict the size breakdown you should go for in production. Instead of going straight into physical production, we create 3D renders of your designs to make changes and spot errors in due time prior to manufacturing. Shipping wise, we use a carbon-neutral courier and reusable shipping packaging to reduce our environmental footprint as much as possible. This is because the fashion industry contributes more to carbon emissions than the aviation and shipping industries combined - most of the emissions sit in the supply chain. Garment manufacturing exploits the soil, consumes too much water (a precious resource) and pollutes rivers/oceans - to name only a few of the issues that come with fashion production. It's all for nothing because it's estimated 85% of all textiles end up in landfills, causing further environmental and health issues - our aim is to combat that. We know products don't always resonate with customers in the way brands intended. To avoid stockpiling we offer a take back scheme, allowing you to upcycle your deadstock. No fuss, no wastage.
